Eligibility and Agreement

By accessing our website or subscribing to Rumble Rigs, you agree to these Terms of Service. Rumble Rigs is intended for purchase by adults (18+) on behalf of their children. By subscribing, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age.

1. About Rumble Rigs

Rumble Rigs is a monthly physical subscription service based in New York State, United States. We operate the website located at rumblerigs.com. These terms govern your use of our site and service.

2. Subscription & Billing

Monthly Rate: The subscription is billed at $11.00 per month.
Authorization: By subscribing, you authorize recurring monthly charges to your payment method until cancellation.
Billing Cycle: Billing occurs monthly on or around the same date each month.

3. Cancellation Policy

Flexibility: You may cancel at any time with no fees by contacting dispatch@rumblerigs.com.
Effective Date: Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period.
Partial Months: We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months; you will receive any remaining paid dispatches for that cycle.

4. Refund & Replacement Policy

Final Sale: Due to the collectible nature of the product, all sales are final once shipped.
Damaged/Missing Items: If a dispatch is damaged or missing items, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Lost Dispatches: If a dispatch hasn't arrived after 3 weeks from the ship date, contact us for a free replacement.

5. Shipping

Schedule: Dispatches ship on or around the 15th of each month.
First Dispatch: If you subscribe after the 15th, your first box will ship the following month.
Location: We currently ship within the United States only.
Responsibility: It is the subscriber's responsibility to maintain an accurate shipping address on file.

6. Product Contents & IP

Monthly Contents: Dispatches typically include trading cards, technical blueprints, activity sheets, stickers, and a personal letter from that month's rig.
Intellectual Property: All character artwork, names, and designs are the intellectual property of Rumble Rigs and may not be reproduced without permission.

7. Legal Disclaimers

Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rumble Rigs' liability is limited to the total amount paid by the user in the 3 months preceding a claim.
Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
Changes: We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.
