Rumble Rigs started with a simple idea.
Some kids love dinosaurs.
Some love space.
But some kids are obsessed with the machines that build the world.
And I grew up just like those kids.
Excavators, bulldozers, cranes, tractors—you name it.
But there was never anything built for kids who loved them the way I did.
So I created Rumble Rigs—which brings those machines to life through collectible mail adventures.

How much does Rumble Rigs cost?

Rumble Rigs is a monthly subscription billed at $11.00 per month.

When will I be billed?
Your first payment is processed when you subscribe. Subsequent billing occurs monthly on or around the same date each month.
How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel at any time with no fees by emailing us at dispatch@rumblerigs.com. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period, so you will still receive any dispatches you have already paid for.
What is your refund policy?

Due to the collectible nature of the product, all sales are final once a dispatch has shipped. However, if your items arrive damaged contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right.
What happens if our dispatch doesn't arrive?

If your dispatch has not arrived after 3 weeks from the ship date, please contact us at dispatch@rumblerigs.com and we will send a replacement at no charge.

What exactly is inside each monthly dispatch?
Every dispatch contains a collectible trading card with battle stats, a technical blueprint, a site work activity sheet, a sticker, a coloring sheet and a personal letter from that month's rig.

Where do you ship?
Currently, we ship within the United States only.

When will my child's dispatch ship?
Dispatches are shipped on or around the 15th of each month. If you subscribe after the 15th, your first dispatch will ship on the 15th of the following month.
Is Rumble Rigs safe for my child's privacy?

Yes. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. The mailing address you provide is used solely to deliver the physical product to your household. All accounts and communications are intended for adults only.

What age range is this for?
Rumble Rigs is designed for children aged 4 to 10 years old, but all ages are always welcome!
